The Palestinian Youth Empowerment Program –Ruwwad, is funded by USAID and implemented by the Education Development Center, Inc. The Ruwwad Program aims to provide Palestinian youth with leadership opportunities through comprehensive program activities, including building the institutional capacity and enhancing the performance of three Youth Development Resource Centers (YDRCs). Ruwwad established three YDRCs in October 2008 within the existing facilities of the three clubs located in Al-Bireh, Nablus and Hebron. The three YDRCs build a network of resource centers and 30 affiliated clubs (ACs) across the West Bank so that the Ruwwad program activities can serve a wider youth sector by reaching out to remote and marginalized communities. The Education Development Center, Inc. intends to enhance the financial and administrative capacities of the three Youth Development Resource Centers (YDRCs) and 30 affiliated Clubs in the West Bank; by procuring the services of a local organization who will be expected to design and deliver capacity building and technical assistance and training services that can help enhance the performance of the YDRCs and 30 ACs.

The Education Development Center Inc. would like to invite Palestinian registered vendors who are officially registered at the relevant official departments of the Palestinian Authority.

• RFP Submission: The completed RFP documents must be submitted to the Education Development Center, Inc. no later than 4:00 pm on March 24, 2010.
• RFP documents can be Picked up in person from the Education Development Center, Inc., 4th floor, Al Farei’ building, Al Balou’, from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm on the following dates:
